Trust me on this; it really is super important.

It’s easy to get swept up in the excitement and try to do everything. Remember to take breaks and prioritize your own well-being. Burnout is real, especially with all the amazing events. Schedule downtime, and enjoy the entire experience without feeling overwhelmed.
